Phil was a founding pillar of Compass, joining the organization in 2004. Over 16 years, he played a critical role in shaping the company’s growth and success, leading operational excellence and advancing engineering innovation across the organization. Following his retirement in 2020, Phil continued to contribute to Compass as a valued member of the Board of Directors, helping guide the company’s strategic direction and culture.
An industry pioneer and respected leader, Phil helped define the collaborative, team-driven culture that remains at the core of Compass today.
