Two (2) Booster Compressors each c/w Inlet Separation and Condensate Pump

Western Desert, Egypt
Objective:
Low pressure gas gathering for two separate fields. Free water and condensate separated ahead of compression and pumped downstream of compression.
Design Challenges:
- Water salinity required the use of Super Duplex Stainless Steel and Hastalloy C-276 materials
- Internal coating required for Inlet Separator
- High level of documentation requirements
- IEC electrical cable & tray c/w barrier glands and cable glands
- Redundant ControlLogix control panel
- Air compressor c/w receiver designed for air start of engine
