Scott is a co-owner and Board Member.
From 2008 to 2023, Scott held the role of Vice President of Sales and was instrumental in developing and implementing creative and resourceful sales strategies that generated multi-million-dollar revenue growth through the years. As a partner and co-owner of Compass, his foresight and imagination also contributed to the company’s win of Canada’s EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2011.
Scott has over 30 years of experience in the gas compression and process fabrication business, including building and managing high-performing sales teams and developing successful, mutually beneficial client relationships. His deep knowledge and innate understanding of the natural gas industry enabled him to identify new and successful revenue streams, which directly impacted the business’s significant growth.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Calgary and has held senior sales management positions with large organizations, domestically and internationally.
