Optimize compressor package from 4 stage to 3 stage

Objective:

Re-stage from 4 stage to 3 stage to maximize horsepower and increase production flow rates

Project Scope:

Replace stage 1 cylinder

• Replace stage 1 pulsation bottles
• Remove stage 2 cylinder and guide supports and replace with balance guide
• Change PSV on stage 1
• Replace existing stage 3 scrubber with vane pack design
• Modify process piping to accommodate stage change
• Inspect engine and compressor
