2 x 2370 HP, 2-Stage Dual Service, Reciprocating Compressor Packages (Retrofit)

Objective:

Re-stage two compressor packages from 2-stage single service to 2-stage dual service.

Project Scope:

• Overhaul existing cylinders and valves within OEM specifications.
• Replace blanked cylinders with refurbished cylinders, modify balance and lube.
• Remove existing scrubbers and modify skid to accommodate larger replacement vessel.
• Install new suction and discharge bottles for 2nd service and install new process piping.
• Install trim cooler for new 2nd stage configuration.
• Modify skid to accommodate new bottle wedge and inboard cylinder supports on new cylinders.
• Modify bottle wedge supports on existing cylinders and in/outboard supports to mitigate existing vibration issues.
